Let our property act as a canvas for creating your wedding or special event. Heartwood Mendocino boasts multiple types of accommodations and countless places to serve as the backdrop for your special moments. Our 40 acre private parcel surrounded by 50,000 acres of state forest is a wonderful place to hold events of all types.

We love to host weddings and events that lean into celebrating with loved ones and embracing natural surroundings in great comfort!

Heartwood Mendocino is an inclusive, affirming wedding venue where every couple is celebrated with equal joy, care and intention. All expressions of love are welcome here.

One day for main event, two nights stay for up to 25 people. 3:00 p.m. Friday to 11:00 a.m. Sunday
1-49 people $14,875.00
50-100 people $16,875.00
101-149 people $18,875.00
150-199 people $21,875.00
Secret Meadow may be added on as a separate ceremony, event or camping space for an additional charge of $1000
Additional nights may be added for $2000 per night
Personal tent, glamp company, or van camping on the property is available at $35.00 per person per night.
Holiday weekends and larger events may require a 3 night minimum.
*2027 rates will increase by $500.00 for events after 5/31/27
